What is The Skinsheet?
The Skinsheet is a range of cleansing cloths and face sheets designed to replace traditional cotton pads and wipes. Created from biobased cotton, they are gentle, versatile and sustainable, helping you to maximize your existing skin regimen.
What are The Skinsheet products made of?
Our products are made from 100% cotton cellulose, a highly biodegradable fiber that is naturally derived from cotton. Cotton linter is usually wasted – no longer the case with The Skinsheet. With our products, it is dissolved into cellulose fibers and spun without binders or additives. The result? Biobased skincare cotton that's more absorbent, gentle, pure and versatile than traditional cotton.
Are The Skinsheet products single-use?
Our products are intended to be single use, but it ultimately comes down to personal preference. For example, you can absolutely use a Multiuse Facial Sheet to apply multiple serums, we just don't recommend using the same sheet to both remove makeup and apply serum because it would spread bacteria.
Are your products pre-treated with skincare formulas or solutions?
The Skinsheet products are not pre-treated. Use them with your favorite skincare formulas including makeup remover, toner, serum and cleanser.
Are The Skinsheet products fragrance-free?
Yes. The Skinsheet products are fragrance-free and contain no additives.
Are The Skinsheet products recyclable?
No, they are not recyclable. They are certified for soil and marine biodegradability, and industrial and home compost. They break down in 1-3 weeks, much faster than cotton pads.
How should I dispose of The Skinsheet products and packaging?
Products: Toss them in your home compost bin or trash can. The Skinsheet products are made from materials certified for industrial compost, home compost, soil biodegradability and marine biodegradability, so you can dispose of them, sans guilt.
Packaging: Shipping mailers, The Multiuse Facial Sheets boxes, and The Cleansing Coins tubes are 100% recyclable. The Multiuse Facial Sheets pouches are biodegradable and compostable and can go in your home compost bin or trash can.

Where do you ship your products?
We sell and ship our products to customers living in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, but we hope to be able to do so soon. Follow along @theskinsheet for the latest news updates!What are my shipping options?
We sell and ship our products to customers living in the United States and offer four shipping options via USPS: First Class Mail (1-5 business days), First Class Package (1-3 business days), Priority Mail (1-3 business days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days). Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order.How do I cancel or edit my order?
You can edit or cancel your order within the first hour of placing your order using the link within your order confirmation email. If you cannot locate your confirmation email or if your order is outside of the one-hour window, please contact our team so that we can help.
How can i check the status of my order?
Upon shipment of your package, you will receive an email containing your package shipment information and a link to track the package. it can take carriers 1-2 days after an order has been shipped to show updates in tracking.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns for any opened products within 30 days of the date of purchase, and will process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned product(s). We do not accept exchanges or returns for any opened or used products. If you received a damaged item, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving the product so that we can assist you with a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund for an unopened product, please email our team at hello@theskinsheet.com.
Can I include a gift receipt with my order?
There is no need! We do not include any printed gift receipts or invoices in our orders in an effort to reduce packaging waste.
